Velox Natai
Tri-Finned Salamander
Velox Natai (also referred to as Tri-Finned Salamanders) are the primary rideable species of Caeruleus. They are extremely quick swimmers and very intelligent, to the point they are specially trained to keep tabs on the visitor assigned to them in the event of diving equipment failures or the visitor slipping off of them. They have highly developed pit organs that enable them to do this (no, of course not for tracking human prey; that would be ridiculous). If they believe there is reason to be concerned, they will immediately take the visitor back to the hub for a check in with an employee. They do equally well on solo dives or in pods of up to six.
Each individual dragon of this species can carry up to one person.

Magna Insula
Greater-Shelled Drake
Magna Insula (also referred to as Greater-Shelled Drakes) are the secondary rideable species of Caeruleus and are primarily reserved for mini-cruises. They are gentle giants, rarely bothered by other species due to their size, and can swim for very long periods of time without tiring, making them well suited for day-long cruises around all of the archipelago’s islands. Each individual is fitted with railing and drapes attached to the spines of their shell. Every cruise is accompanied by at least two resort employees to ensure safety and provide various services for the duration of the cruise. Each cruise takes approximately 6-7 hours, depending on tides and ocean currents.
Each individual dragon of this species can carry up to ten people, excluding employees.
